Are you a diligent, resourceful and accomplished accountant with a deeply analytical mind and a strong head for numbers? You are required as a Payroll Specialist to conduct exacting payroll analyses and forecasts, collate complex payroll data, control payroll records and ensure accurate & timely payroll processing at G42 and its diverse Business Units. The opportunity You get to play a key role in the planning, optimizing and smooth functioning of the payroll function at one of the region’s fastest-growing conglomerates and help fulfill the group’s ambitious business plans across multiple businesses & countries. Qualifications
- Proven Work Experience in Payroll.
- Bachelor degree's Holder. - Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel USER).
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. - Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assess and recommend payroll processing solutions in additional operating jurisdictions
- Documentation of new or enhanced policy, procedure, and practices
