Pool Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Property

Apt Resources is seeking a Pool Maintenance Supervisor for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee pool maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure all swimming pools and water features meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pool maintenance operations and technicians.
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry and quality standards.
• Inspect filtration, circulation, and pumping systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and chemical usage.
• Coordinate with engineering and facility management teams.
• Train and guide pool maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pool maintenance and supervision, preferably in luxury or high-end properties.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, chemicals, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve pool equipment issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to train and motivate staff.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Certification in pool maintenance or related fields is a plus.
