Privileged Access Management(PAM) Engineer

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage PAM solutions, ensuring secure access to critical systems and compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Delinea products such as Secret Server, Privilege Manager (EPM), Remote Access Service (PRA), and capabilities in password management, session monitoring, and privileged account governance. They will collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to maintain PAM controls aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Delinea PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts across the enterprise.
- Develop and enforce privileged access policies ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Monitor access activities, analyze logs, and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and audit teams to implement access controls and workflows.
- Perform regular audits of privileged accounts to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for PAM tools and best practices.
- Integrate Delinea PAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ITSM platforms.
- Automate account onboarding, configure APIs, connectors, and support scripting for PAM administration.
- Conduct discovery, onboarding, and migration of privileged accounts from legacy systems.
- Implement PAM controls aligned with cybersecurity frameworks; support audit and compliance efforts.
- Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, monitor platform performance, and participate in on-call duties.
- Develop HLD/LLD documentation, implementation guides, SOPs, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Mandatory
- • Minimum 5-8 years of IT/Cybersecurity experience.
- • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions.
- • Experience implementing PAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
- • Experience with Active Directory, MFA, and Identity integrations.
- • Experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, network devices, and
- applications.
- Education
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred)
At least one of the following:
• Delinea Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• Delinea Secret Server Certification
• Delinea Privilege Manager Certification
• Microsoft Certified Certifications
• CISSP (Preferred)
• CISM (Preferred)
• Security+ (Preferred)
