The role is pivotal for workshop operations and On-Time Delivery. Purchase Requests are vital for ensuring necessary components and tools are available. Accurate updates in the iFlight system are essential to communicate current delivery dates to clients. An early career project professional who supports project execution under close supervision. Focus is on learning core processes, documentation management, execution planning, and customer communication fundamentals.
Job Responsibilities
- Key roles and responsibilities are;
- Supports project execution tasks including scheduling, documentation routing, procurement coordination, and cost tracking.
- Works under close supervision to assist with engineering, construction, and procurement interfaces.
- Provides assistance to Project Controls on schedule updates and cost reporting.
- Helps prepare customer communications but does not lead major interactions.
- Learns commercial processes including invoices, change orders, and basic contract terms.
- Identifies straightforward issues and escalates them immediately for resolution.
- Gains exposure to cash flow reporting, risk management, and execution planning.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Full working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel) and Adobe PDF
- Proven skills required in Customer/ supplier communication to tight deadlines
- Oil, Gas and Industrial Service experience advantageous
- Must be capable of working unsupervised at times, therefore needs to be self-motivated team-working ethic is essential for this role
- Foundational understanding of project management principles.
Experience
- Foundational understanding of project management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
- No requirement for extensive EPC experience; learning phase.
- PMP certification is a future development goal.
- Relevant experience for the role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
