Job Role

Executes end-to-end sterile manufacturing operations, including aseptic processing, equipment sterilization, and precise documentation in accordance with strict quality standards. Operates specialized machinery and collaborates with teams to meet daily supply targets, ensure workplace safety, and support continuous process improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform Sterile manufacturing Process (not limited):

• Sterilization of Materials and tools for Aseptic filling Process
• Aseptic Filtration
• Support in Filter integrity Process
• Aseptic Cleaning Activities
  
  

Perform Manufacturing Related Activities (not Limited To)

• Receiving Material
• Disinfectant preparation
• Dispensing Activities
  
  

Perform Documented related activities (not limited to)

• Document in process & cleaning logbook
• Document manufacturing process in BMR
• Perform Reconciliation and yield calculation activities
• Reporting incidents whether impacting Safety, Quality or Productivity
• Support Team leader in Process improvement
• Work with Team to achieve daily and monthly supply plan
• Operating Sterilization and Cleaning machines, like Autoclave, Ovens. Tunnels etc
• Operating CPM systems and Other EM monitoring Equipment.
• Support in Sterilization Qualification process
• Perform in Dry fog Process by operating Dry fog equipment
• Participating in Aseptic Process simulation Process as per Local procedure.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

Requires a Technical Diploma and 6+ years of aseptic processing experience, backed by a deep understanding of GMP, Class A aseptic behaviour, equipment qualification, and ALCOA+ data integrity. The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, basic microbiology knowledge, and strong technical proficiency to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing.
