We are looking for a Project Management Associate to support our advisory team. Our client is an international infrastructure firm expanding its activities, and you will play a supportive role in tracking deadlines, organizing project records, and assisting with client communications on this engagement. Gulf Associates provides specialized commercial advisory services focused on complex investments, sovereign partnership decisions, and joint ventures in the territory. Rather than producing generic consulting reports, we prioritize commercial judgment and ground reality. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for an entry-level professional who wants to build a strong foundation in project coordination and transaction support.

What you will do
- Maintain tracking schedules, project timelines, and deliverable logs to support our client, the expanding international infrastructure firm.
- Conduct background research on competitor movements, pricing trends, and counterparty activities within the regional infrastructure market.
- Draft clear summaries, research notes, and status updates for partners before they participate in client negotiations or regulatory meetings.
- Manage and structure project files, ensuring all shared documents, project planners, and joint venture records remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor project risks and update risk registers, flagging potential delays or coordination issues to senior advisors.
- Help schedule and prepare agendas for coordination sessions, capturing decision points, task owners, and next steps during meetings.
- Summarize complex feedback from counterparties and assist in translating these insights into actionable updates for client reports.
- A strong curiosity regarding how large businesses plan, organize, and execute complex infrastructure or commercial projects.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to summarize professional topics clearly, directly, and without corporate jargon.
- High attention to detail, especially when cross-checking contract dates, data tables, or project schedules.
- Good electronic research skills, with the diligence to look beyond top-level search results to find specific details.
- Strong organizational habits, allowing you to manage multiple daily tasks and keep upcoming deadlines visible for the advisory team.
- A collaborative, constructive attitude, with a willingness to learn from senior colleagues and adapt to changing research demands.
- Comfort working with spreadsheet software and basic project mapping tools.
