Role Purpose
Support the commercial and contractual management of construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs, and valuation of works. This role involves assisting in the preparation of take-off quantities and maintaining proper cost documentation in coordination with other site and commercial teams.
Key Accountabilities- Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Participate in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Assist in preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying roles within the Egyptian construction industry.
- Good knowledge of standard forms of contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English
