Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in maintaining the pristine condition of all public spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest standards of hygiene across all public areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, addressing any queries or requests courteously.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping in a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be currently in UAE
