Job Summary

  • Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception
  • Responsible for keeping stock and ordering office supplies, stationery, etc. as per the set schedule
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Organize meetings, setting up conference rooms
  • Assist in providing general office management support to the Office Manager, facilities maintenance, Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in coordination of operational purchases; create requisitions and Purchase orders in the system
  • Update internal telephone directory on a regular basis
  • Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally
  • Performa all job functions with adherence to Bloom’s Philosophy and Values

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative support role – proactive, efficient, trustworthy and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Education level – Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Dept. as and when required
