Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
Essential Functions
- Welcome guests with in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate their needs whenever possible, and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, inviting environment: clean and maintain pools and beach area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces.
- Manage towel supply: collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
- Monitor facility usage: observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, hotel standards and enforces facility rules when required.
- Working closely and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills And Ability
- Previous experience in recreation preferred.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to stay outdoor long hours.
