The team plays an important role in helping candidate processes move forward accurately and efficiently, with close attention to communication, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will help keep candidate workflows organized and responsive, supporting the progression of recruitment-related licensing and documentation activities. This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable in follow-through, and comfortable working across administrative tasks that require accuracy and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Email candidates and assist them with licensing registration processing.
- Manage candidate email communication throughout the application process.
- Track multiple application stages and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate candidate documents and application paperwork.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, or a similar administrative support role.
- Experience managing candidate email communication and coordinating documents or application paperwork.
- Experience tracking multiple application stages or maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
