Job Description
The Research Assistant will support an ongoing funded research project at the College of Business and Economics, UAE University, examining consumer responses to brand transgressions, with a particular focus on the psychological mechanisms underlying consumer judgment and decision-making. Responsibilities include assisting with study design, data collection (online surveys and lab-based experiments), data analysis, literature review, and manuscript preparation.
Minimum Qualification
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification
Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, or a closely related field, with demonstrated experience in quantitative research and statistical analysis.
Expected Skills
Rank: Research Assistant Experience: Minimum 1 year of research experience, preferably in an academic or industry setting Skills: Proficiency in SPSS and R Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., Prolific, Qualtrics) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Familiarity with consumer behavior or moral psychology literature Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong written and verbal communication in English
