Job Responsibility-
- Develop and innovate menus to meet customer preferences and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor food costs and work to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into menu offerings.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a culinary team.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop exciting and delicious menu offerings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
