As an Resources and Equipment Specialist - Wireline Services , you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring availability of equipment, tools, and materials aligned with job requirements
- Allocating and optimizing assets based on job criticality, maintenance status, and operational readiness
- Monitoring and improving asset utilization, inventory levels, and equipment readiness performance
- Coordinating with Service Delivery teams, AMO / repair teams, and Logistics and warehouse
- Managing equipment logistics, mobilization, and transportation requests
- Resolving equipment gaps and ensure continuity of operations
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in equipment planning, allocation, and utilization, asset management and inventory control, and service delivery or field operations support

Have experience in oil & gas / industrial services environment (added advantage)

Have a strong understanding of field equipment (tools, spares, ancillaries) and job requirements

Have strong SAP experience

Be proficient in Microsoft Office

Be familiar with planning tools
-
Have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
-
Have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
-
Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
-
Have good communication skills (cross-functional & field coordination)
