Job Overview

At Miral Experiences , we create unforgettable moments for our guests through world-class attractions and exceptional service. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Retail team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Retail Shop. The role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the retail department by delivering excellent guest service, selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Proactively approach guests and provide assistance with product recommendations, descriptions, and demonstrations.
• Operate computerized cash registers, barcode scanners, calculators, and credit card machines efficiently.
• Handle cash, card payments, vouchers, stored value cards, and other tendered transactions accurately.
• Arrange, maintain, refill, and label product displays in line with brand standards.
• Apply product knowledge when assisting guests and continuously improve product understanding.
• Support promotions and work towards achieving set targets.
• Handle basic guest complaints on the spot when required.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready retail environment at all times.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory activities.
• Carry out any other tasks required to meet the needs of the business.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Previous experience handling guest complaints is an advantage.
  
  

Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic cash handling knowledge.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• Additional languages would be an advantage.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be medically able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be physically able to carry or lift items and climb ladders when required.
