We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Runner to join our growing team at Be Beach. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the food and beverage service by ensuring timely, accurate delivery of orders between the kitchen, bar, and service teams. This position requires speed, stamina, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy beach club environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Delivery

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen and bar to guest tables.
• Verify orders against tickets to ensure accuracy before delivery.
• Communicate any delays, shortages, or order issues to waitstaff and kitchen/bar teams immediately.
• Assist with the presentation and final touches of dishes and drinks before service.
  
  

Coordination with Service Teams

• Work closely with waiters, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Support waitstaff during peak periods to minimize guest wait times.
• Relay guest requests, special instructions, or allergy information accurately between teams.
• Assist with table clearing and resetting in coordination with the service team.
  
  

Floor & Section Support

• Maintain awareness of section and table numbers to ensure accurate, efficient delivery.
• Support the setup and breakdown of tables, stations, and service areas as needed.
• Keep service pathways, trays, and delivery stations clean and organized throughout service.
• Assist with restocking service stations with necessary items (napkins, cutlery, condiments, etc.).
  
  

Risk & Compliance

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards while handling and transporting food and beverages.
• Escalate guest complaints related to delivery delays or order errors to waitstaff or management.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a runner, busser, or in a similar F&B support role is an advantage.
• Previous experience within a restaurant, beach club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and daytime beach club hours in line with venue schedules.
• Proactive, guest-first attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
