Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Implementation Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). The candidate will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare technical design documents.
  • Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes.
  • Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews.
  • Onboard enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors and APIs.
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, forms, and provisioning processes.
  • Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.
  • Configure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Perform aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and certification activities.
  • Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, and access governance issues.
  • Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
  • Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.

  • Experience leading design, deployment, and client interactions.
