Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role is responsible for preparing quotations and reports, coordinating with customers and internal departments, tracking orders, and actively following up on payments and outstanding receivables.


The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial administration within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations, price offers, and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries and orders efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and order confirmations.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and contact information.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and prepare aging reports.
  • Conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department regarding customer payments and credit limits.
  • Ensure timely collection of overdue payments and escalate delayed accounts when required.
  • Prepare order confirmations and coordinate dispatch schedules.
  • Track order status and provide timely updates to customers and sales personnel.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing tenders and customer documentation.
  • Maintain records of customer contracts, agreements, and price approvals.
  • Generate monthly sales performance and collection reports.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, appointments, and sales visits.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate for prompt resolution.
  • Monitor market inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Support management in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies.
  • Perform additional sales administration and coordination duties assigned by management.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Commercial Administration, or related functions.
  • Experience within the Cement, Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong reporting and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent customer follow-up and payment collection coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, accounts, dispatch, and customer service teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
