Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at Epiroc Zimbabwe, you will be committed to delivering world-class solutions across all Epiroc divisions—Surface, Underground, Parts & Services, Digital Solutions, Tools & Attachments, Rock Drilling Tools, Technology & Innovation, and Equipment & Consumables

Your mission is to empower mining and infrastructure clients by providing cutting-edge technologies, dependable support, and sustainable innovations that elevate safety, productivity, and profitability. You will strive to build enduring partnerships through technical excellence, integrity, and a deep understanding of each customer's unique operational challenges.

Your mission:

  • Territory Management Take ownership of your region by identifying growth opportunities, managing accounts, and driving market penetration with precision and autonomy.
  • Customer Engagement Build lasting relationships through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and a deep understanding of client needs. You’ll be the trusted advisor who turns prospects into partners.
  • Sales Strategy Execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement targeted sales strategies. Your insights will help shape go-to-market plans and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Technical Support Deliver expert-level product knowledge and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. From demos to deployment, you’ll ensure our solutions meet and exceed expectations.
  • Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics. Your analytical skills will help forecast trends and inform strategic decisions.

Your Profile:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Product Marketing and Technical Sales role with a proven track record.
  • Solid Technical knowledge of the Underground and Rock Excavation equipment eg; drill rigs, loaders and consumables
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into action
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel Frequently for client visits, training, and site support
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or field-based environment
