We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee and support our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop leadership experience while remaining actively involved in achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate is highly responsible, performance-focused, and committed to delivering results. You will lead a small team of sales representatives, monitor daily sales activities, and ensure that both individual and team targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a sales team of up to 3 team members.
  • Monitor and manage incoming leads, messages, calls, and sales inquiries.
  • Track team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Take full ownership of team results and sales outcomes.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate sales experience in the UAE.
  • Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong desire to develop into a leadership and management role.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Russian is a plus.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Ability to monitor team activities and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
