Job Description

Own the end-to-end data migration strategy across all in-scope tracks — Finance & Payroll, PPM, Procurement and SCM — in partnership with Client X's Data Lead, finalized during the Blueprinting phase.

Identify the complete master and transactional data element list across business functions in scope and confirm data sources with Client X IT and business SMEs.

Own the conversion strategy document and data mapping templates, and accelerators to speed up design.

Define and agree migration scope boundaries — open/in-flight transactions in scope, historical/closed transactions and data archival out of scope — and escalate any exceptions to the programme.

Your role

• Plan and track the three mock conversion runs and the production cycle
• Oversee extraction, cleansing, transformation, load and reconciliation of data
• Coordinate with Client X SMEs to validate data correctness before hand-over for transformation and load.
• Own the generation and distribution of data reconciliation reports for every data element loaded into Oracle Fusion Cloud and drive formal sign-off with Client X SMEs.
  
  

Responsibilities

Solution Leadership & Design

• The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and business stakeholders while managing end-to-end delivery across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM, Data Migration, Integrations, Testing, and Deployment workstreams and providing solutions to the client.
  
  

Team & Delivery Management

• The Data Migration Lead owns the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for the programme, spanning master and transactional data across Finance & Payroll, PPM, Procurement, SCM and HCM. Working in close partnership with Client X's Data Lead and functional/technical track leads, this onsite role is accountable for data mapping, extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation quality across every conversion cycle, from the first mock run through production cutover.
  
  

Data Migration & Integration Oversight

• Own and govern the end-to-end Data Migration workstream across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Reporting, and Integration modules. Lead migration strategy, business data readiness, mapping signoffs, mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive governance to ensure successful and accurate migration from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion Cloud
  
  

Testing, Cutover & Hypercare

• Define reconciliation acceptance criteria and tolerance thresholds for each data element in collaboration with the Test & Conversion Lead.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles by ensuring converted data is available, accurate and traceable back to source.
• Own the data migration component of the cutover plan and execute the production data load and reconciliation during go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support for any data-related defects identified during Hypercare.
  
  

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Lead stakeholder and client management activities for large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs, serving as the primary client-facing executive responsible for governance, executive communication, business alignment, decision facilitation, risk management, issue resolution, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement. Build trusted relationships with client leadership while ensuring successful delivery of Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, Payroll, PPM, EPM, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare workstreams.
  
  

Required

• 8+ years of experience in ERP/Oracle Cloud data migration and conversion, including at least 3–4 full life-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or migrations.
• Proven experience leading data migration for large, multi-track ERP programmes spanning Finance, Procurement, SCM, PPM and/or HCM/Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle data conversion tools and techniques — FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, OIC-based loads — and automated migration accelerators.
• Strong understanding of master and transactional data structures across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procurement (Suppliers, POs, Contracts), SCM (Item Master, Inventory, Sourcing) and/or HCM/Payroll domains.
• Experience running mock conversion cycles with progressive data volumes through Build, SIT, UAT and Production Cutover.
• A track record of designing data mapping templates, reconciliation reports and sign-off processes together with business SMEs.
• Experience coordinating with legacy system teams (e.g., EBS, SAP) for data extraction, cleansing and enrichment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently at a client site, coordinating across multiple functional tracks.
• Familiarity with data migration risk management, cutover planning and hypercare support processes
  
  

Preferred

• Prior experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes in telecom or large enterprise environments in the UAE/GCC region.
• Familiarity with SI delivery frameworks, accelerators and tools
• Experience managing multi-vendor/third-party ecosystems (e.g., Oracle, boundary application vendors) within a programme.
• Exposure to value-management/benefits-realization frameworks for large transformation programmes.
