Job Description
- Manage and oversee the organisation's financial operations and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide financial analysis to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
A successful Senior Finance Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and oversee budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
