Senior MEP QA QC Engineer

Job Description

Tasks

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Carry out inspections for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services.
• Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors and ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support internal and external quality audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company.
• High-rise / Residential towers building project experience within a main contracting environment.
• UAE construction experience is required.
• Experience in the inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical works in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
