About PRYPCO
PRYPCO is a Dubai based company building some of the most ambitious bets in MENA's financial and property markets.
Through our Fintech business, we're MENA's first platform offering digital ownership into real estate, in partnership with the Dubai Land Department and VARA. We're building toward becoming the biggest fintech from the region, enabling investors globally to access real estate and other asset classes through tokenisation.
Through our Proptech business, we're one of the largest mortgage aggregators in the market, and we're now pivoting building a direct B2C channel alongside a broker led model to own the home-buyer's end to end journey. Buying property is the largest financial decision most people ever make, and it's still run on WhatsApp threads, PDF attachments, and a dozen disconnected middlemen. Everyone in proptech is trying to fix one slice, e.g., a listings site here, a mortgage broker there. We're building the operating system underneath all of it.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer for our Fintech business, the platform bringing digital, fractional ownership of real estate to investors globally, in partnership with the DFSA, Dubai Land Department and VARA.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to receive a specs. We're looking for a designer who treats this product area like their own company, who gets uncomfortable when an investor doesn't convert, when a user drops off mid-funnel, when a flow feels like it wasn't built with the customer at the center. You will own the end-to-end design of the investment experience: from problem framing through to the details of interaction and visual polish, working alongside product, engineering, and data as part of your team.

You will own the end-to-end design of the investment experience: from problem framing through to the details of interaction and visual polish, working alongside product, engineering, and data as part of your team.
What you'll be doing
- Own outcomes, not outputs: Design aiming for success in customer terms (activation, engagement, retention) and business terms (conversion, unit economics). Screens shipped and design systems maintained don't count on their own.
- Design with the customer at the center: Spend real time with the people you're designing for; first-time investors putting money into a tokenised asset for the first time, and returning investors building out a portfolio. Translate their actual problems and behaviour into product solutions, not abstractions of them.
- Raise the craft bar: Bring a strong point of view on interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking, and use it to elevate the quality of everything the team ships, not just your own work.
- Set sharp design and product KPIs: Every initiative starts with a hypothesis and a measurable outcome. You'll work with your team to make the hard calls on what gets designed, what gets killed, what gets deprioritised, and you'll defend those calls with data, research, and strong design intuition.
- Drive end-to-end outcomes cross-functionally: You'll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance. An investor who drops off mid-KYC is your problem. A customer who doesn't come back for a second investment is your problem. Think holistically, beyond the UI - a beautiful flow that doesn't move the metric isn't success; the customer succeeding is.
- Design for trust and regulation, not around it: You'll design onboarding, KYC, and investment flows that are simple and clear despite the regulatory complexity underneath, in partnership with compliance rather than in spite of it.
- Reimagine, don't refine: Whether it's how fractional ownership is explained to a first-time investor, or how a portfolio is managed post-purchase, you'll be expected to challenge how things are done and propose beautiful yet meaningful alternatives.
- High ownership: You think of yourself as the founding team member of the investor experience, not an executor of tickets. You help building the roadmap and, if something is broken in the customer journey, it's yours to fix, even if it sits outside the "design" function on paper.
- Data-driven: You make design decisions based on what moves the needle on those goals, and you're equally comfortable defending what you chose to design and what you chose not to based on quantitive and qualitative data.
- Genuine customer empathy: You can articulate your customer's actual problems in their words, not in design-speak. Planning and executing UX Research is a must - you've spent time with users recently and can prove it.
- Strong craft: You have a sharp eye for interaction and visual design, and you can move fluidly between big-picture flows and pixel-level detail.
- Cross-functional operator: You don't hide behind a Figma file when the problem is in marketing, sales, or compliance. You build the relationships across the company that let you drive outcomes through people who don't directly work with you.
- Comfortable rethinking the basics: You're not intimidated by an industry that has "always done it this way." You're energised by it.
- Experience in fintech, wealthtech, investment platforms, real estate, or other regulated financial products
- Background designing KYC, onboarding, or trading/investment flows
- Background as an early designer/employee at a high-growth startup
- Growth experimentation chops: A/B testing, funnel design, conversion optimisation
- Strong systems-design experience (design systems, component libraries) at scale
- Exposure to MENA consumers and businesses, or experience designing for crypto/blockchain/tokenisation products
