As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience by welcoming customers, managing branch traffic, supporting digital adoption, and directing customers to the appropriate services.

As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience by welcoming customers, managing branch traffic, supporting digital adoption, and directing customers to the appropriate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
- Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels.
- Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
- Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
- Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- UAE National preferred.

- Contact customers who have overdue accounts to negotiate payment arrangements and/or facilitate payment processing
- work with customers to identify the root cause of payment delinquency and develop strategies to prevent future delinquency
- keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
- follow-up with customers as necessary to ensure that payment arrangements are being adhered to
- escalate issues to appropriate parties when necessary
- p ovide excellent customer service to all customers
