SearchPlus HR is pleased to offer a Specialist Pediatric ER physician position within the Private Sector. This role demands a highly skilled and compassionate specialist to manage emergency care for pediatric patients in a fast-paced private healthcare environment. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, conducting rapid assessments, and performing necessary emergency procedures to ensure excellent outcomes for young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and stabilize pediatric emergency patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute medical and traumatic conditions in children.
• Perform critical emergency procedures including intubations, suturing, and IV insertions.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication with patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.
• Contribute to private healthcare quality improvement and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Medical degree with completed Pediatrics residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Active medical license valid for practice in the relevant private sector jurisdiction.
• Experience in pediatric emergency care, preferably within private healthcare settings.
• Ability to perform well under pressure with sound clinical judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and families.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary settings.
• Commitment to continued education and adherence to private healthcare protocols and standards.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical technologies.
