Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented, and experienced Team Leader – Front Office to lead the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless front desk operations, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and fostering a positive and professional environment for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively manage guest interactions, resolve concerns, and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of front office experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel/property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
