The Global Account Associate role will support Global Account Leaders (Marquee accounts), providing internal account management, proposal, and sales support. In addition, they will coordinate account-based marketing activities for Marquee account development.
You will assist the GAL to bring integrated One Korn Ferry solutions to Marquee clients and support growth across all Korn Ferry business lines and geographies with a focus on accelerating sustainable revenue opportunities.
You will proactively help manage the internal Korn Ferry account team, provide client specific research and support to help build and grow our client relationships.
Our Account Associates will help drive world-class internal account management practices and will be an active member of the Global Account Team, working closely with the Global Marquee Account Leaders to leverage client relationships to position and pursue Korn Ferry solutions aligned to the client’s strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities
- GAA’s will be assigned specific accounts; all within one market (industry); and with no more than 2-3 Global Account Leaders
- Account plan development, updates, organizational charts, team library/TeamSite management
- Team communications
- Coordinate account planning calls, workshops
- Coordinate Korn Ferry account team across geographies, solutions and practices, serving with the Global Account Leader as point of contact for team
- Manage team metrics/administer Korn Ferry metrics, including revenue reporting
- Maintain documentation on Korn Ferry relationships, prior and existing engagements, and pursuits
- Conduct in-depth client research
- Manage revenue forecasts and KPI reporting
- Create off-limits request logs for review by Global Account Leader
- Project manage proposal efforts as needed
- Provide presentation support (PowerPoint, etc) for proposals and meetings
- Develop proposal strategies and relevant value propositions with proposal team members and the Global Account Leader
- Analyze and evaluate competitive landscapes for given opportunities
- Meeting preparation, including scheduling prep meetings, presentation and meeting material development, rehearsals
- Maintain account briefing materials on the client’s business, strategies, and expectations
- Work with account leaders to uncover opportunities to solve more complex problems; identify opportunities for Korn Ferry solutions
- Ensure Korn Ferry brand consistency across client-presented materials including proposals
- Work with Korn Ferry marketing and account team members to identify materials and campaigns for the account
- Manage targeting of marketing campaign or other materials to appropriate client individuals and groups
- Utilize available tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.,) to track effectiveness of materials and to drive account team follow-ups
- Coordinate quarterly client business segment report production with India Knowledge Center and distribution to team
- 3-8 years post-college experience
