What You’ll Do
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and develop relationships with a variety of global accounts, focusing on the commodities sector. You’ll be working directly with key stakeholders in large enterprise organisations, such as Directors and Senior Managers to ensure they grow their accounts and expand revenue generation. We’re looking for someone who excels in upselling, cross-selling and leveraging existing relationships to identify new opportunities across various departments within these organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the prospect of solving big problems with large client accounts and acting as a key team member in a high-performing group.

As An Account Manager At Kpler, You Will
- Manage and nurture relationships with accounts in the commodities sectors to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers, to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by exploring opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services.
- Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and insights from existing clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions.
- Experience in Sales or Account Management in the commodities industry
- Business fluent in English and Arabic
- A proactive ‘hunter’ mentality with a strategic mindset
- Driven and self-disciplined who can work in autonomy in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A team player who always puts the business first
- Strong negotiator
- Ability to analyse complex client requirements and needs
