Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, etc.) in compliance with company policies. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for financial data management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputed university.
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with VAT and UAE financial regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
