Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
• Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Handle sales invoicing and oversee inventory-related accounting tasks
• Perform general ledger operations and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain all balance sheet accounts
• Conduct account analysis and provide detailed financial reports as required
• Assist with year-end closings and financial audits
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Prepare tax computations and file relevant returns in compliance with regulations
• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
• Review, verify, and process employee expense reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
