Job Purpose
To lead and drive product support sales and parts export operations across multiple regions, with a strategic focus on expanding markets in Africa and the GCC. This role includes managing and guiding the PSSR team, developing training programs, building strong key customer relationships, opening new business channels in international markets, and implementing OEM and ZF parts strategy across the UAE and the wider region.

Job Purpose
To lead and drive product support sales and parts export operations across multiple regions, with a strategic focus on expanding markets in Africa and the GCC. This role includes managing and guiding the PSSR team, developing training programs, building strong key customer relationships, opening new business channels in international markets, and implementing OEM and ZF parts strategy across the UAE and the wider region.
Job Responsibilities
Product Support Sales & Team Management
- Supervise, coach, and mentor the PSSR team to ensure alignment with sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a structured PSSR training and development plan to enhance technical and sales capabilities.
- Guide the team in identifying new business opportunities, promoting service contracts, maintenance packages, and parts.
- Monitor and support field activities to ensure effective customer engagement and solution-based selling.
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Open new sales channels with potential clients and distributors in Africa and GCC countries.
- Manage the complete parts export lifecycle: order processing, documentation, shipping, compliance, and customer follow-up.
- Develop new international markets, identifying opportunities to expand the company’s footprint and product presence.
- Implement and drive the OEM parts strategy across the UAE, working closely with OEM partners and local customers.
- Lead and manage the movement and promotion of ZF parts across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch targeted campaigns for service and parts offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and strategies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for PSSR and export functions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, OEM standards, and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, International Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in product support, international parts export, and team leadership (PSSR or similar).
- Experience in opening new international markets and establishing long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, ZF components, and OEM parts operations.
- Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and global logistics.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, plus strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (Africa, GCC, and UAE).
