Your Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and MS Excel (advanced functions)
Strong understanding of UAE VAT and general accounting principles
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Your Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Oracle)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting standards
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor client payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Provide insights to management for informed decision-making
