A Snapshot of your day
A typical day in this role involves leading the execution of the tooling rental business, leading all aspects of asset management, and ensuring accurate cost center tracking. You’ll work on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tasks while adhering to Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Collaboration with the RSU ME OPS FIN Management and providing financial support to the Tooling Centre Technical Team will also be key parts of your day.

You’ll work on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tasks while adhering to Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Collaboration with the RSU ME OPS FIN Management and providing financial support to the Tooling Centre Technical Team will also be key parts of your day.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Handle customer orders, offer calculations, change orders, and detailed monthly billing, including invoicing and project sharing.
- Be responsible for asset lifecycle activities such as creation, classification, transfers, retirements, and annual inventory verification.
- Support cost center management, forecasting, budgeting, tools utilization reporting, and variance analysis.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks, including journal vouchers, accruals, GR/IR clearing, and balance sheet item reviews.
- Provide procurement support (PR creation, PO amendments, delivery management, vendor invoice approvals) and manage cash handling per SE guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (FRGs, IFRS, Tax, ECC) and assist with audits, logistics, export control, and financial target achievement.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Accounts/Finance, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong experience in small projects, asset management, processes, and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and related SAP modules (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Capable of collaborating effectively in diverse teams; motivated and team-oriented individuals.
- Diligent with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
