As the Accounts & QuickBooks Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health and success.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
– Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
– Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
– Manage the company’s QuickBooks accounting software.
– Prepare financial statements and reports.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
– Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
