Role

This role transcends conventional AI applications. You will architect and deploy strategic AI systems that slash development timelines, eliminate errors, and deliver unprecedented scalability—setting new industry standards. This position is exclusively for proven AI innovators who have:

• Engineered code modules integrating cutting-edge LLMs into applications
• Enhanced legacy systems with automated AI solutions for analytics and recommendations
• Implemented AI to systematically resolve recurring technical challenges
  
  

If you haven't already executed high-impact Generative AI solutions in production environments, this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and fine-tune Large Language Models to create entirely new AI-powered products and modules that integrate into existing solutions or establish foundations for new offerings (as demonstrated in our recent launch of www.eloquens.ai)
• Design and implement advanced AI systems that automate critical internal workflows, dramatically improving operational efficiency
• Lead strategic AI initiatives that deliver measurable business impact through innovative application of generative technologies

• Writing code first and then applying AI as an afterthought—we operate with an AI-first approach
• Implementing incremental AI improvements with minimal business impact
• Conducting theoretical AI research without clear paths to production implementation

AI Specialist Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—your default approach must be to leverage AI tools first, then enhance with traditional coding when necessary
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience implementing high-impact software engineering initiatives
• Proven proficiency with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
• Demonstrated expertise leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
