WSP in the Middle East is seeking an Airport Security Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations, advising on security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Additionally, the specialist will develop and implement security training programs to ensure ongoing adherence to best practices.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and standards.
• Advise on security measures and protocols.
• Conduct security assessments and audits.
• Perform security threat risk assessments.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies.
• Develop and implement security training programs.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a compliance management role at an airport handling both international and domestic traffic and / or;
• Experience as an advisor or consultant to airports, governments, and regulators on aviation security matters.
• Strong understanding of international and domestic aviation security regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
