Key Responsibilities
Create stunning 2D/3D animations for commercials, films, and digital content
Develop character rigs and bring them to life with fluid movements
Collaborate with directors to translate concepts into visual storytelling
Produce motion graphics for brand campaigns and explainer videos
Optimize animations for various platforms (web, mobile, broadcast)
Participate in all production phases from storyboard to final render
Stay ahead of animation trends and implement new techniques
Mentor junior animators and maintain quality standards
Must-Have Skills & Software Mastery
Expert in Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D (3D animation)
Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro (motion graphics)
Strong 2D animation skills (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom)
Experience with Unreal Engine for real-time animation
Understanding of anatomy, physics, and timing
Portfolio demonstrating character animation skills
Ability to work in multiple styles (cartoon, realistic, abstract)
