Application Support Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

A private company in Sharjah Media City managing the functions of freezones is currently looking to hire an “Assistant Manager – Applicant Support”. The salary ranges between AED. 10,000 – AED. 12,000. Please note, Only applicants with prior Team management experience will be considered. The Assistant Manager, Applicant Support, ensures a smooth application process by managing client inquiries, document coordination, offshore team supervision, and compliance. This role optimizes team performance, resolves client concerns, and ensures seamless application progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Guide clients through applications, immigration services, visa processing, and license amendments.
• Document Coordination: Ensure timely submission and compliance of required documents.
• Offshore Team Supervision: Oversee offshore teams, address escalations, and manage complex applications.
• Application Management: Monitor follow-ups and ensure smooth application transitions.
• Leadership Support: Assist senior leadership in daily operations and client issue resolution.
• KPI Management: Track offshore team performance and implement efficiency strategies.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to business rules, licensing regulations, and company policies.
• Error Analysis & Reporting: Identify process errors, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• ID Verification: Schedule and guide offshore teams for virtual ID verification.
• Email & Inquiry Management: Ensure timely responses to client and internal communications.
• Application Guidance: Lead the team in assisting clients with portal applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in client service management within the UAE.
• Skills: CRM proficiency, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and compliance management.
• Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) & English.
