Archer Support Requirements
Technical consultant responsible for supporting the platform in various phases from day-to-day support to health check of the solution. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs & translate them into technical specifications. Primarily focusing on Audit, Risk, and Compliance modules.
Support Model Requirements
Timeline: 12 months
Delivery Model: Onsite
Support Window: 8x5
Support of Archer Services: platform for 3 modules (Audit, Risk, and Compliance) that align with organizational goals & comply with industry regulations.
