Senior Specialist - ERP & Finance Systems

Overview

The Senior Specialist – ERP & Finance Systems is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s ERP landscape, with a primary focus on finance and procurement modules. The role ensures the ERP ecosystem operates efficiently, remains compliant, and supports business objectives through process automation, data integrity, effective master data governance, and integration with related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Master Data Management, and Reporting).
• Implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and functional improvements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ERP migration, integration, and AI enablement initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics to SAP).
• Manage functional testing, documentation, and user training during system changes or releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with audit, data privacy, and security standards.
• Generate reports and dashboards supporting Finance, Procurement, and Management reporting needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Tax, Budgeting).
• Experience in data migration, integration, and automation projects.
• Working knowledge of BTP, Power BI, or AI-enabled ERP tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
