Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
- Create detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation using Revit & AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction progress.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (UAE-recognized university).
5+ years of experience in an architecture firm (Dubai/GCC experience preferred).
Must Know
- AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Revit (BIM mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max (for 3D visualization)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator for presentations) Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes (DM, DCD, Trakhees). Excellent project management & communication skills.
- Experience with sustainable design (LEED, Estidama, WELL Building Standard).
- Knowledge of parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper).
- Previous work on large-scale UAE projects.
