Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our corporate services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative roles within the UAE, including public relations officer (PRO) responsibilities and experience with company formation, visa processing, and government liaison tasks. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the organization.
- Manage government-related procedures such as visa applications, Emirates ID processing, license renewals, and new company formations.
- Act as the company’s PRO, maintaining relationships with UAE government entities (e.g., MOHRE, DED, Immigration, Free Zones).
- Maintain and update client records and internal databases using monday.com.
- Prepare official letters, applications, and documentation for various government and corporate processes.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions of government and licensing documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and compliance processes.
- Provide high-level customer service and timely communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the corporate services or real estate sector in Dubai.
- Proven experience as a PRO with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and online portals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM platforms (monday.com).
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic or German is a plus.
