About The Role

As Assistant, Compensation and Benefits you will play a key role in ensuring the precise and timely processing of compensation and benefits for Atlantis colleagues. In this role, you will support the C&B Specialist and C&B Manager by efficiently handling administrative tasks and coordinating departmental activities. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain the smooth and accurate operations. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• processing colleague compensation forms in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to the status change policy and escalating discrepancies for management approval
• liaising with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for coordination of status changes and effective dates
• compiling, consolidating and distributing weekly and monthly reports for department heads
• tracking and monitoring all changes in HRIS systems against approved change in manning requests
• preparing and maintaining organization charts as per approved manning changes
  
  

About You

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in an administrative role in an HR or Finance related function. You should be comfortable working with numbers and large data sets as well as be able to confidently use Excel functions. Discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information are necessary competencies for this position. In order to succeed in this role you also need to demonstrate analytical thinking and communication skills.
