About the Role:

Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Finance.

Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.

As part of the finance team, you will embark on a dynamic journey through our Finance Controlling department.

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling:

You will gain experience in supporting the proper planning process (Budget, Forecast) in line with group/company timings, primarily focusing on distributor markets.

You will assist the Finance Manager with the month end closing processes, preforming cycles, working on material ledger reconciliations, and ensuring smooth month-end closure. You will also gain insight and assist in trade spend management, tracking accruals and promos actuals against the planned numbers.

Additionally, you will support the preparation of monthly meetings for Business Reviews and develop advanced financial analyses aimed at optimizing the business performance of the markets; addressing both the portfolio and the channel/customer mix.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a good sense of commercial and analytical mindset.

A team-player and result driven, with a good balance between pragmatism & detail orientation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English are also essential.
