  • Support the Director of ERM in the identification and assessment of emerging risks, geopolitical exposures, and regulatory developments.
  • Oversee the tracking of risk mitigation plans, control effectiveness, and status of audit and risk-related actions.
  • Contribute to scenario analysis, stress testing, and horizon scanning exercises.
  • Support the rollout of training and awareness sessions to strengthen the risk culture across departments.
  • Contribute to the specification and enhancement of GRC systems and tools used for risk data management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in ERM, preferably in a diversified group, investment firm, or regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive risk-based conversations. Experience in managing risk reporting cycles, and governance processes. Prior exposure to GRC platforms, ERM frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO), and integrated assurance models is a plus.
