About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join the Finance team at Sarood Hospitaly . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Review of P&L and detailed ledger of the outlets
- Review balance sheet reconciliation with complete supporting documents
- Ensure all month end tasks & reports are completed as per the deadlines
- Prepare audit requirements
- Assist in preparing GRP reports
- Assist the Finance Analyst in budget preparation
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory systems, and procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proficient in cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and inventory software (e.g., Micros, , Oracle).
