Overview of the role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead business development initiatives within the International Parts Business. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing domestic and overseas clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by implementing strategic business processes and expanding market presence.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead business development initiatives within the International Parts Business. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing domestic and overseas clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by implementing strategic business processes and expanding market presence.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Head of International Business (IB) to design, implement, and evaluate new business processes aimed at accelerating growth.
- Conduct regular visits to designated overseas markets to ensure customer satisfaction and understand evolving requirements.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Monitor and track all business development activities; analyze monthly performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on market insights and competitor analysis.
- Partner with the team to manage assigned territories effectively and ensure monthly sales targets are consistently met.
- Enhance market intelligence within assigned regions and provide structured feedback.
- Support the annual business planning process for International Business.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships across diverse regions
- Strong understanding of international Automotive Spare Parts markets—particularly Arab-speaking regions—and the ability to adapt strategies based on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders while effectively negotiating terms to drive mutual value
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data, assessing business processes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and revenue generation.

What Equips You For The Role
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with strong commercial acumen.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry handling international markets.
- Prior experience working with reputable automotive dealers or brands within GCC or international markets is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in international business development and familiarity with overseas client engagement is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent presentation capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational efficiency
