We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations across all Hyatt Place Dubai properties. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, mastery of Microsoft Excel, and proven experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial compliance and accuracy across all properties.
• Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and accounting records in line with Hyatt standards.
• Audit accounts and implement internal control procedures.
• Supervise monthly journal entries, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of Finance team members.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a finance role within the hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel financial systems.
• Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capability to perform in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
