Job Overview:
As a Assistant Manager Middle Office at Emirates NBD, your role is responsible for supporting the operational processes related to trade execution & corporate actions, risk management, and compliance within the Wealth Management division. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of transactions, problem-solving skills to address operational issues, and effective communication skills to liaise with front office, back office, and external stakeholders. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of middle office operations.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely communicating and processing of corporate action events across various financial instruments. Reconcile discrepancies in trade data and work with relevant teams to resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and related documentation. Provide support to the front office on CA-related queries and issues.
- Monitor and manage operational risks associated with middle office activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Participate in regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Assist in preparing reports for compliance and risk management purposes.
- Collaborate with front office, back office, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Facilitate effective communication between different teams to address operational challenges. Participate in meetings and projects aimed at improving middle office processes. Provide updates on operational issues and progress to the Manager Middle Office.
- Experience in banking middle office operations or a related field, with a focus on trade processing and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
